This uniquely designed specialty bar features elevated weight sleeves that sit 10" off the ground and is engineered with three revolving tri-griped knurled handles measuring 1", 1.5", and 2" diameters, respectively. The neutral center-aligned grips are textured with a medium diamond knurl to help you securely hold the bar in place. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 500-pounds, this EZ Load Hex Bar helps to isolate muscle groups, tone, and tighten specific body parts and allows you to accurately perform deadlifts without placing unnecessary strain on your lower back.
