The Loop Resistance Band Multi-Pack is composed of four sets of different strength resistant bands all measuring at 12-in. and they are constructed from durable latex. These bands are replacements for the Vice Grip Trainer, that allows you to attach bands for resistance that focuses on grip and forearm strength. Each set proudly displays the Titan Fitness logo. The red bands (15-30 lb. resistance) are for light resistance for stretching or bending exercises. The black bands (40-70 lb. resistance) are for medium resistance for strength training or calisthenics. The Purple bands (60-100 lb. resistance) are for strong resistance for strength training, and the Green bands (70-120 lb. resistance) are made for ultra-resistance for intermediate or light-weight beginners.
