If you wish to reduce the production time for your Pilates reformer order from the standard 4 to 6 weeks to a quicker only 1 to 2 weeks, you have the option to add this expedited service.
This service is designed to prioritize your order and involves hiring additional personnel to expedite the production process. Please keep in mind that while the production time can be shortened, the shipping time remains consistent at 1 to 2 weeks after the product is ready.

Shipping & Returns
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
