The Neutral Grip Rotating D-Handle features a 32mm diameter knurled handle with a grip length of 5-inches. Once the desired weight plates are loaded onto the T-Bell shaft, insert the D-Handle into the hex-shaped loading pin and lock it in place with the provided safety pin.
